Aquera was founded in 2010 in Foshan, the heart of China's ceramics industry. Over fifteen years, we have grown from a small workshop into one of the region's most trusted manufacturers of bathtubs and basins for international markets.

2010

Founded in Foshan

Started with a 5,000 m² workshop and 30 craftsmen, focusing on stone resin bathtubs for the domestic market.

2014

First export order

Shipped our first container to Australia. Achieved CE certification and expanded to 15,000 m².

2018

cUPC & WaterMark certified

Obtained key international certifications, opening doors to North American and Australian markets.

2022

80,000 m² facility

Moved to current facility with automated production lines. Launched basin product line.

2025

60+ export countries

Now shipping to over 60 countries. ISO9001 certified. Serving major distributors and hotel chains worldwide.

Quality Control Process

Incoming Material Inspection

Every batch of raw materials — stone powder, resin, ceramic clay, acrylic sheets — is tested before entering production.

In-Process Quality Checks

QC inspectors monitor key production stages: mold preparation, casting or forming, curing, and demolding.

Post-Production Testing

Finished products undergo water tightness testing, surface finish inspection, weight verification, and visual inspection.

Batch Sampling & Documentation

Statistical sampling per AQL standards. Each shipment includes detailed QC reports and certificates of conformity.

Quality guaranteed

Every product that leaves our factory passes a 4-stage quality inspection process and is backed by our warranty. We provide detailed QC reports and certificates of conformity with every shipment. If a product does not meet the agreed specifications, we replace it at our cost.
