How we work with you
Step 01
Inquiry
Send us your specifications, drawings, or product references. We respond within 24 hours with a feasibility assessment.
Step 02
Design
Our engineering team creates 3D models and technical drawings. You review and approve before we proceed to sampling.
Step 03
Sampling
We produce physical samples for your approval. Iterations are fast — typically 2-3 rounds within 4-6 weeks.
Step 04
Mass production
Once samples are approved, production begins. We provide weekly progress updates with photos from the line.
Step 05
QC
Every batch undergoes dimensional checks, water testing, and visual inspection. Certificates of conformity issued for every shipment.
Step 06
Shipping
FCL and LCL shipping from Guangzhou or Shenzhen. We handle all export documentation and coordinate with your forwarder.

Our standard MOQ is 10-20 units per SKU, depending on the product category. For new OEM projects, we offer flexible trial orders starting from 5 units.
Lead time
Standard production lead time is 20-35 days from order confirmation, depending on the product and quantity. Sample production typically takes 2-4 weeks.

Trade terms
FOB, CIF, and EXW available. Standard payment: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment. T/T and L/C accepted.
