What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Our standard MOQ is 10-20 units per SKU, depending on the product category. For new OEM projects, we offer flexible trial orders starting from 5 units. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
What is your typical lead time?+
Standard production lead time is 20-35 days from order confirmation. Sample production typically takes 2-4 weeks. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on our production schedule.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?+
Yes. OEM manufacturing from your designs and specifications is our core business. We also offer ODM services where our engineering team develops new products based on your market requirements. Our in-house design team can create 3D models and technical drawings.
What materials do you work with?+
We manufacture in stone resin, acrylic, cast iron, ceramic, and fireclay. Each material has different characteristics — our team can recommend the best option for your market and price point.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. We produce physical samples for your approval. Sample production typically takes 2-4 weeks. Sample fees vary by product complexity and are refundable against your production order.
What certifications do your products have?+
Our products are CE, cUPC, WaterMark, SGS, ISO9001, and WRAS certified. We can also obtain additional certifications specific to your target market upon request.
How do you handle quality control?+
We follow a 4-step QC process: incoming material inspection, in-process checks during production, post-production testing (water tightness, surface finish, weight), and batch sampling per AQL standards. Each shipment includes detailed QC reports.
What are your payment terms?+
Standard payment terms are 30% deposit with order confirmation and 70% before shipment. For established partnerships, we can discuss more flexible terms. We accept T/T (wire transfer) and L/C (letter of credit).
Which shipping ports do you use?+
We ship from Guangzhou and Shenzhen ports, both within 2 hours of our factory. We handle FCL (full container load) and LCL (less than container load) shipments. We can coordinate with your nominated forwarder or recommend our trusted logistics partners.
Do you provide packaging and labeling services?+
Yes. We offer standard export packaging and can customize packaging and labeling according to your requirements — including your brand's boxes, manuals, and UPC codes.

Aquera was founded in 2010 in Foshan, China. We have over 15 years of experience in bathroom fixtures manufacturing and export to 60+ countries worldwide.
Can I visit your factory?+
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits from prospective and existing clients. Our facility is in Foshan, about 1 hour from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. We can help arrange hotel and transportation.
