Understanding MOQ and Lead Times: A Buyer's Guide

One of the most common questions we receive from new buyers is about minimum order quantities and lead times. Here is a clear breakdown of what to expect when placing an order with Aquera.

Our standard MOQ is 10 to 20 units per SKU, depending on the product category. For new OEM projects, we can accommodate trial orders as low as 5 units during the sampling phase. For established products, larger orders naturally benefit from better per-unit pricing.

Standard lead time for production is 20 to 35 days from order confirmation, depending on the product type and current production queue. Custom OEM projects typically require an additional 2 to 4 weeks for mold development and sampling.

We ship FCL and LCL from Guangzhou and Shenzhen ports. Transit times vary by destination: approximately 15 to 25 days to Europe, 20 to 30 days to North America, and 7 to 15 days to Southeast Asia and Australia.
